The island has a mitered waterfall with pattern continuation, and the quartzite runs full height on the range wall with a matching floating shelf and a suede plaster hood. Outlets are built into the stone backsplash so they nearly disappear, and a breakfast cabinet with pocket doors hides the small appliances. Plumbing is warm bronze, and the hardware has a living finish that will darken with use.

Leathered Carbon Grey quartzite runs full height behind reeded cabinetry, with a custom reeded shelf. Integrated LED lighting, wine refrigeration, and lockable liquor storage, a practical choice with three boys in the house.

Color drenched, with a deep textured wallcovering on every wall. The floating Calacatta Viola vanity has an integrated sink and lighting underneath. The leftover piece of this slab was used to wrap the first stair tread in the foyer.

The kitchen's stained maple continues into the pantry. A hands free door opens when your arms are full. Handmade zellige tile backsplash, open shelving, a prep counter, secondary appliances, and a dry aging refrigerator.

Custom blue cabinetry with a cubby for each family member, full height storage, and drop zones by the door. A built in bench and a laundry sink handle sports gear and muddy shoes.

A linear gas fireplace in a custom plaster surround, flanked by built ins with a reeded back panel and LED lighting. Speakers are hidden in the walls. The Diana Royal marble flooring carries through from the rest of the main level.

Honed Silver Travertino on the vanity, mitered at the edges and running full height up the wall behind it. Medicine cabinets are hidden in the wood surround. A freestanding soaking tub sits next to a custom steel and glass shower with plaster walls, a travertino feature wall, a rain head, a shower head, a handheld, and steam.

Tropical wallpaper, a floating vanity, and brushed brass fixtures give the pool bath more personality than most. The shower has a river rock floor, a nice touch after a day in the pool.

A two story foyer with stacked windows and a full height natural stone wall along the stairs. A woven pendant installation hangs through the stairwell, and a frameless glass railing with a wood handrail keeps sightlines open. The floor is Diana Royal marble laid in a Versailles pattern, and the first stair tread is wrapped in Calacatta Viola left over from the powder room vanity.

Part office, part library, part bar, connected to the primary suite by a hidden spiral staircase. Walls, trim, and cabinetry are color drenched in a deep charcoal, with a textured metallic wallcovering. Custom library shelving, a built in desk, and a window seat with storage handle the work side. The bar side has a prep sink, suspended glass shelving, wire mesh cabinet inserts, and an antique mirror backsplash.

Leathered Carbon Grey quartzite, the same stone as the indoor bar, over weatherproof cabinetry. A gas grill and a ceramic grill sit under a custom hood, with refrigeration, an ice maker, a prep sink, and pull outs for spices and trash.
